The Compromise
Today’s Christendom is working to a compromise. It compromises on all aspects from integrating pagan festivals as Christian, to allowing eastern mysticism as part of the worship of the one true God and homosexuality as acceptable. Things the one true God frowns upon in no uncertain terms.
God never compromises in His Word; He always means what He says and says what He means. It is man who changes the Word to suit himself as man has the desire to see God in his own image rather than man in the image God. Satan has worked hard through the centuries to pervert the Word and deceive Christians to the point that they are no longer effective tools to our Lord and Saviour. This may sound like a harsh statement, but let us take a look at some of the things that build up to a major deception.
Forget the Roots – we have to reinterpret to understand what is said in Scripture. This was the first step and Satans first and most powerful coup over the Word of God.
Integration of foreign gods and worship ideas into our understanding, and we get the same confusion as the Corinthians did with Aphrodite worship. We get a fellowship full of people who were sexually immoral and unable to discern the truth.
What do we see in church today?
· Single pregnant woman in the church, with on occasion children from several fathers even within that same congregation.
· Ministers who are unable to keep, in some cases even basic morality.
· Divorce, divorce and more divorce.
· Attempts to reorganise God’s Word for the world today rather than tell the truth to the world and let people repent.
It is felt that perhaps the Gospel Message is a bit strong for people today and it needs to put in a more loving manner. This is yet another compromise. People have never liked the Gospel Message and yet millions have been saved through it. Technology today has changed our society, but people have not changed. We have the same emotions and desires as our ancestors did, both 2000 years ago and 6000 years ago, so why the need to change what God has said, unless it is because the compromise is preferred.
Homosexuality – for this to be acceptable in the Church we have to reinterpret large chunks of the Bible to say what we want rather than what it actually says. It is unacceptable in Gods eyes so it is most certain it should be unacceptable in ours. We are to love the people who perpetrate these acts and witness to them of the truth. We are not however to love them into positions of Bishop and Minister within the Church, let alone perform ‘Christian marriages’ of gay couples.
Lev 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

If god is the same yesterday, today and forever we cannot make the mistake or compromise to suit society that He has changed His mind on what He calls an Abomination.
Faith is a force or the Holy Spirit is a force that can be tapped into. This is star wars theology. This is making God someone we can command and influence at our will for our own purposes. God becomes no more than a puppet leading to us becoming all we want to be rather than what He wants us to be. We become the focus and centre as to what we want, e.g. money, houses, cars and relationships here on earth as opposed to worshipping the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and storing up our treasures in heaven.

Benny Hinn stated on one TBN broadcast that he thinks Christians who want to store up for heaven are daft, he wants his treasures now.

As can be clearly seen by these statements, Christians are represented as equal to Jesus and only mildly if at all inferior to God. The question which needs to be asked is: Which Jesus and which God are they following; it is not the Godhead we read about and have a relationship with as described in the Scriptures.
This is all more compromise, the more the Word is compromised the more deception we are ready to accept. Sadly if we look closely we see these teachings and many others are infiltrating the church at all levels. Satan’s lies are spreading, why?: Christians no longer know how to discern the truth from the lie because the leaders are in no way like the Bereans but sheep of big names in the Church. They see a big ministry and assume it must be of God instead of testing the teachings and comparing them to the true Word.
The deception of modern day teaching on the gifts of the Spirit. These lead to all sorts of confusion and doctrinal error: to the point that many say you cannot be saved unless you speak in tongues. An understanding of the Judaic roots and history would show the nonsense of these statements. But, yet again when we look at the modern interpretation of the meaning of tongues we see man glorified in an ability which makes him feel better than anyone else, he becomes a superior Christian and looks down upon those that do not speak in tongues. Is this the humility and love we are to portray as believers or is this again the: ‘we can be as God’ syndrome?
Bible translations – many of the new translations of Scripture when looked at with a discerning eye will show that they remove the Divinity of Yeshua our Messiah and replace Him with man and what is great about us.
· The first lie and temptation we read in Scripture is:
Gen 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
If we work our way through all the subtle and not so subtle deviations and compromises in Scripture we always, without fail return to this point: You will be as God. All the changes without exception take away from God and give to man. Sin is selfish and Satan loves to propagate that selfishness, because as he does so he is withering away and destroying our effectiveness as believers and our testimony to the truth.
Scripture warns us of the great end time apostasy and the falling away. If we take a step back from our front line position and look over the wall we may see that we have been fighting on the wrong side, maybe we have fallen into the trap of following the end time leaders and heretical gospels being preached leading to that apostasy.
I realise these are strong words and may be offensive to many, but surely it is better to step back and take that look, and if it is realised that we have been deceived and sucked into Satans lies and are on the wrong side is it not better to switch while it is still possible to do so.
The Bible actually when analysed closely only says two things:
God Good, Man Bad
Not all the compromises are big ones; even the little ones that we make on a daily basis are detracting from God’s truth.
· I can’t stop doing this so God will turn a blind eye
· Surely God doesn’t mean me when He says that, that was for someone else
· God is a God of love so He will forgive everything I do anyway, no one really goes to Hell
· I don’t like that verse it means I am wrong so I will ignore it or I prefer it to mean something else!
The trouble with these little ones is they join together to become bigger ones. The bigger ones join together to become heresies and false gospels leading to a false christ and therefore damnation for the followers.
Ultimately, any compromise suits only ourselves and leads away from the truth and Salvation plan God has for us. If a manufacturer of a model aeroplane gives instructions on how to build his plane we follow the instructions. We know that if we do not the plane won’t fly, we only need to compromise or change the instructions a little to destroy the original working concept of the design. This is what is happening with the instruction manual we have been given. If we cut out what is explained because we don’t like it we are not going to work properly. If we reject this truth to the point of complete malfunction the creator will throw the defunct product into outer darkness.
Let us work together to discern the truth of the Scriptures and work according to the manual provided and not man centred re-writes of today.
God never compromises in His Word; He always means what He says and says what He means. It is man who changes the Word to suit himself as man has the desire to see God in his own image rather than man in the image God. Satan has worked hard through the centuries to pervert the Word and deceive Christians to the point that they are no longer effective tools to our Lord and Saviour. This may sound like a harsh statement, but let us take a look at some of the things that build up to a major deception.
Forget the Roots – we have to reinterpret to understand what is said in Scripture. This was the first step and Satans first and most powerful coup over the Word of God.
Integration of foreign gods and worship ideas into our understanding, and we get the same confusion as the Corinthians did with Aphrodite worship. We get a fellowship full of people who were sexually immoral and unable to discern the truth.
What do we see in church today?
· Single pregnant woman in the church, with on occasion children from several fathers even within that same congregation.
· Ministers who are unable to keep, in some cases even basic morality.
· Divorce, divorce and more divorce.
· Attempts to reorganise God’s Word for the world today rather than tell the truth to the world and let people repent.
It is felt that perhaps the Gospel Message is a bit strong for people today and it needs to put in a more loving manner. This is yet another compromise. People have never liked the Gospel Message and yet millions have been saved through it. Technology today has changed our society, but people have not changed. We have the same emotions and desires as our ancestors did, both 2000 years ago and 6000 years ago, so why the need to change what God has said, unless it is because the compromise is preferred.
Homosexuality – for this to be acceptable in the Church we have to reinterpret large chunks of the Bible to say what we want rather than what it actually says. It is unacceptable in Gods eyes so it is most certain it should be unacceptable in ours. We are to love the people who perpetrate these acts and witness to them of the truth. We are not however to love them into positions of Bishop and Minister within the Church, let alone perform ‘Christian marriages’ of gay couples.
Lev 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

If god is the same yesterday, today and forever we cannot make the mistake or compromise to suit society that He has changed His mind on what He calls an Abomination.
Faith is a force or the Holy Spirit is a force that can be tapped into. This is star wars theology. This is making God someone we can command and influence at our will for our own purposes. God becomes no more than a puppet leading to us becoming all we want to be rather than what He wants us to be. We become the focus and centre as to what we want, e.g. money, houses, cars and relationships here on earth as opposed to worshipping the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and storing up our treasures in heaven.

Benny Hinn stated on one TBN broadcast that he thinks Christians who want to store up for heaven are daft, he wants his treasures now.

As can be clearly seen by these statements, Christians are represented as equal to Jesus and only mildly if at all inferior to God. The question which needs to be asked is: Which Jesus and which God are they following; it is not the Godhead we read about and have a relationship with as described in the Scriptures.
This is all more compromise, the more the Word is compromised the more deception we are ready to accept. Sadly if we look closely we see these teachings and many others are infiltrating the church at all levels. Satan’s lies are spreading, why?: Christians no longer know how to discern the truth from the lie because the leaders are in no way like the Bereans but sheep of big names in the Church. They see a big ministry and assume it must be of God instead of testing the teachings and comparing them to the true Word.
The deception of modern day teaching on the gifts of the Spirit. These lead to all sorts of confusion and doctrinal error: to the point that many say you cannot be saved unless you speak in tongues. An understanding of the Judaic roots and history would show the nonsense of these statements. But, yet again when we look at the modern interpretation of the meaning of tongues we see man glorified in an ability which makes him feel better than anyone else, he becomes a superior Christian and looks down upon those that do not speak in tongues. Is this the humility and love we are to portray as believers or is this again the: ‘we can be as God’ syndrome?
Bible translations – many of the new translations of Scripture when looked at with a discerning eye will show that they remove the Divinity of Yeshua our Messiah and replace Him with man and what is great about us.
· The first lie and temptation we read in Scripture is:
Gen 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
If we work our way through all the subtle and not so subtle deviations and compromises in Scripture we always, without fail return to this point: You will be as God. All the changes without exception take away from God and give to man. Sin is selfish and Satan loves to propagate that selfishness, because as he does so he is withering away and destroying our effectiveness as believers and our testimony to the truth.
Scripture warns us of the great end time apostasy and the falling away. If we take a step back from our front line position and look over the wall we may see that we have been fighting on the wrong side, maybe we have fallen into the trap of following the end time leaders and heretical gospels being preached leading to that apostasy.
I realise these are strong words and may be offensive to many, but surely it is better to step back and take that look, and if it is realised that we have been deceived and sucked into Satans lies and are on the wrong side is it not better to switch while it is still possible to do so.
The Bible actually when analysed closely only says two things:
God Good, Man Bad
Not all the compromises are big ones; even the little ones that we make on a daily basis are detracting from God’s truth.
· I can’t stop doing this so God will turn a blind eye
· Surely God doesn’t mean me when He says that, that was for someone else
· God is a God of love so He will forgive everything I do anyway, no one really goes to Hell
· I don’t like that verse it means I am wrong so I will ignore it or I prefer it to mean something else!
The trouble with these little ones is they join together to become bigger ones. The bigger ones join together to become heresies and false gospels leading to a false christ and therefore damnation for the followers.
Ultimately, any compromise suits only ourselves and leads away from the truth and Salvation plan God has for us.
